CORALIS Production combines a database, GIS-like mapping functions, and geolocation capabilities applied to extraction equipment. The software comes in two versions. The basic module is dedicated to operations monitoring, while the full version, operational management, allows for short-term production scheduling.

Field Operations Recording

Progress is recorded in a 3D mapping system. Each cell is provided with a series of configurable attributes which make it possible to characterize the qualities of the deposit or the supply of backfill, and the consumption of explosives. The production of balance sheets is simple and quick.

Localisation of equipment

The software allows real-time management of the position of the extraction equipment. Thanks to this function, operators ensure compliance with the instructions. The “operating exploitation” version uses the position of equipment to verify extraction zones.

Planning and calculation of mixtures

The system calculates the mixtures with the progress attributes for a defined quality and a chosen period. With CORALIS Production, you optimize the recovery of your deposit.
